When I Login I am Redirected to the Old THERMS Version (v2)?
If you are logging in and you are redirected to the old THERMS version and you expected to be taken to the new version, this means you have used your v2 login credentials. The new version requires an email address and password where the old version accepted a username, avoid using your username to login and instead use your email address. Also, your password for v2 can be different then the v3 version.
Tip: If you continue to experience this issue, try resetting your password on the login page
