Guards use the THERMS mobile app on their own phones — no special hardware required. While on duty, their GPS position is sent to the live map in real time. Supervisors and dispatchers see every guard's location, duty status, and activity from the Dispatch Console or Operations Dashboard.
- How are reports delivered to clients?

You build report templates using the drag-and-drop form builder, then set a delivery schedule per client or site. Reports are compiled and emailed automatically on your chosen cadence. Clients can also log into their portal to view and download reports at any time.
- What checkpoint hardware do I need?

THERMS supports both NFC tags and QR codes for checkpoint scanning. You can write NFC tags directly from the app or print QR codes for each checkpoint. Guards scan them with their phone during patrols to create a verified, timestamped record.
- Is GPS tracking a paid add-on?
